ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 Multi-compatible all-in-one CPU water cooler Ready out of the box - easy installation The Liquid Freezer III is ready for immediate use thanks to pre-installed cooler fans in a push configuration. The fan cables are integrated into the hose jacket, so only one cable needs to be connected to the motherboard. With the included MX-6 thermal compound, you have everything you need for a quick and easy installation. Future compatibility Liquid Freezer III is multi-compatible with Intel and AMD sockets. Intel will release new Arrow Lake processors on the LGA1851 socket in the future. ARCTIC customers don't have to worry that new CPUs will also require new coolers. We guarantee full compatibility. All Liquid Freezer III can be used without restrictions with the new LGA1851 socket from Intel. Quiet and powerful VRM fan Motherboard voltage converters often operate at maximum temperature in combination with power-hungry CPUs. To compensate for the insufficient airflow from the tower cooler, the Liquid Freezer III works with a redesigned VRM fan. The 60mm PWM controlled fan allows for near silent cooling of the socket area when VRM cooling is insufficient, in cases of poor airflow or especially in overclocking scenarios. This enables consistently higher loads and a longer lifetime of the voltage converters. Contact frame for Intel LGA1700 and LGA1851 Intel Independent Loading Mechanism (ILM) deforms the CPU by pushing it into the socket at two points with a weight of over 40 kg. This causes pressure in the printed circuit board, the die and the solder layer between the die and the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader). With high thermal loads, this can lead to long-term problems. ARCTIC patented mounting frame does not deform the CPU, significantly reduces the mechanical load on the CPU, is quick and easy to install, and allows the cooler to be screwed onto the CPU backplate. As a result, mechanical stress on the motherboard and CPU is minimized, cooling performance remains consistent, and installation is quick and uncomplicated. Optimized, self-developed water pump The Liquid Freezer III is equipped with a specially developed PWM-controlled water pump that has been further optimized in terms of both performance and noise. Thanks to an improved coldplate with an extended fin surface and optimized water pipes, the Liquid Freezer III increases its performance while maintaining quiet operation. Complete control or simple control Two connecting cables - two control options: Separate control: Using a split cable with three separate connections, the pump, VRM fan and radiator fan can be controlled independently of each other. This makes it possible, for example, to regulate the speed of the VRM fan independently of the CPU and adjust analogously to the temperature of the voltage converters using PWM. All-in-One: Like the Liquid Freezer II, it allows you to control the entire unit with a single connection, outputting the speed of the cooler fans. So the pump, VRM and cooler fans can be easily controlled with a single PWM setting. Native AMD Offset Mounting AMD has used a multi-die chiplet design for its Ryzen desktop processors for several generations. Unlike Intel processors, the hotspot in these processors is not located centrally under the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader), but is slightly shifted. AMD mounting solution therefore has a 5mm offset to achieve optimal heat dissipation. Improved radiator design The cooling surface of the 38mm thick radiator has been increased by 23% by increasing the fin assembly. This allows not only better heat dissipation, but also a larger liquid volume. As a result, heat build-up in the water cooling system is slowed and power and temperature peaks can be effectively managed for longer periods of time. High static pressure ARCTIC is betting on proven P fans, who have already won several awards for their extraordinary performance. The P series is particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators with a high density of fins. Thanks to the high static pressure they achieve significantly better results compared to fans designed for high air circulation. Limited compatibility with several motherboards Some motherboards are incompatible with Liquid Freezer III due to oversized SSD coolers in the M.2_1 slot. For affected motherboards, we provide a suitable M.2 cooler free of charge. More at: https://support.arctic.de/lf3-compatibility A wide range of variants The Liquid Freezer III offers excellent cooling performance in four different sizes and three variants. While the Black version is completely black, the A-RGB versions are available in black or white and have digitally addressable lighting for the pump head and radiator fans. With radiator sizes of 240, 360, 280 and 420, the Liquid Freezer III offers the ideal combination of performance, technology and design for everyone! Quality you can count on To ensure the long life of our products, we carry out long-term tests under various, sometimes very adverse, conditions. In this way, we learn how we can continuously improve our products for our customers. In addition, the excellent results of long-term testing give us confidence that our products are excellent not only in terms of quality, but also in terms of durability. This is the certainty we are happy to pass on to our customers TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS General data Compatibility Intel: 1700 AMD: AM5, AM4 PI | NNPI: 338 | 309 TIM: MX-6 (0.8g) Operating ambient temperature: 0-40 °C Weight: 1840 g All-in-one connector: 4-pin PWM connector Split connector: 3x 4-pin PWM connector Pump Pump: 800-2800 rpm (PWM controlled) Current | Voltage: 0.35 A | 12 V DC Cold plate: Copper, microskived fins Tube length: 450 mm Tube diameter: Outer: 12.4 mm Internal: 6.0 mm Cooler Material: Aluminum Dimensions: 398 (L) x 120 (W) x 38 (H) mm VRM module Fan VRM: 400-2500 rpm (PWM controlled) Current | Voltage: 0.05 A | 12 V DC Radiator fans Fan: 3x P12 PWM Speed: 200-1800 rpm Airflow: 56.30 cfm | 95.65 m3/h Static pressure: 2.20 mmH20 _ Bearing: Fluid dynamic bearing Current | Voltage: 0.10 A | 12 V DC Cable length: 40 mm Connector: 4-pin PWM connector
